Inventory
To ensure guests enjoy your property to the fullest, please see our recommended inventory list below.
This guide helps make sure that no guests are disappointed and aren’t caught at a loose end if an important item isn’t available. We ask all properties to provide bed linen, towels and an initial supply of teabags, coffee and milk.
Going through room by room we share a list of necessary and optional items to include.

Once you’re ready to go, it’s a good idea to make a list of everything in your cottage before your first guests arrive. This will help your housekeepers make sure everything is as it should be when they’re preparing for your next arrival. Keeping on top of the number of plates, glasses and refilling tea and coffee pots are small things that go a long way in making a good impression with guests.
